Printed products belong to you upon shipment. Electronic products are considered delivered when emailed or made available for download. Printvity is not liable for errors caused by incorrect files or printing instructions.

You agree to protect and indemnify Printvity and its partners from claims or damages related to your use of the site or content you provide.
“As-Is” Site Access:
The website and its services are provided “as is.” Printvity does not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation.

Payments & Billing:
All orders must be paid online in advance. Prices may change at any time. Late payments incur 18% annual interest. Invoices are emailed to customers; on-site print invoice may not always be available.
Confidentiality & File Handling:
Uploaded files are deleted after printing. You must have rights to all content uploaded. Certificates or official documents will be printed as “COPY” or “DUPLICATE” if ordered.
Order Changes & Cancellations:
A 10% fee applies for cancelled orders. Changes after placement may not be guaranteed.
Delivery & Timing:
Delivery times depend on binding type and location (Delhi: 4–7 business days; Other states: 7–10 business days). Printvity is not responsible for delays caused by logistics or incorrect information provided by you.
Offers & Discounts:
Promotions are time-limited and may require minimum order amounts. Free delivery is available for select areas. Offers cannot be applied after placing an order.
Printing & Product Variations:
Print margins, colours, or binding may vary slightly. Refunds are only for defective or incorrect items. Minor imperfections do not qualify for refunds.
Reporting Damages:
All damage or shortage claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
File Formats & Quality:
Supported formats: PDF, DOCX, DOC, PPT, PPTX, JPG, PNG, ZIP. Printvity is not responsible for corrupted files, colour differences, or font substitutions. PDF is recommended.
Refund & Duplicate Payment Policy:
Orders may be cancelled before payment confirmation. Duplicate payments will be refunded within 15 working days. Refunds are limited to defective or incorrect items.
