CANCELLATION POLICY

At printvity.com, we strive to provide a smooth and efficient order experience. However, please note that certain situations may require order cancellation.
Order Acceptance & Cancellation Rights
Printvity reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. This may include, but is not limited to:

• Limitations on product quantities
• Errors in pricing or product information
• Issues identified during payment verification or fraud checks

In such cases, our team will inform you promptly.
Verification Requirements
In some instances, we may require additional information or verification before processing your order. If required, our support team will contact you.
Refund Process

• If your order is cancelled after payment has been made, the amount will be:
  • Refunded to your original payment method, or
  • Credited to your Printvity Wallet (as per your request)
• Refunds are processed after approval and may take a few business days depending on your payment provider.

Customer-Initiated Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed or sent for printing.
As we aim for fast delivery, most orders are processed on the same day, so early cancellation is recommended.

How to Request Cancellation
To cancel your order:

1. Log in to your account
2. Go to My Profile > Orders
3. Submit a Cancellation Request

Refund Options

• If your cancellation request is approved, the refund will be added to your Printvity Wallet by default.
• You can use this balance for future orders.
• To receive the refund in your original payment method, please email us at support@printvity.com or contact customer support.

Cancellation Charges

• A 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from the total order value if the order is cancelled after placement.
